Should you have a complaint, please rest assured you will receive a formal written response within 5 working days.

Making A Purchase from theheatingshop could not be easier.
Just browse our easy to navigate shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy, click on "ADD" and put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "CHECKOUT" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order. Alternatively you can click on "CONTINUE" to return to the shop to make more additions to your shopping trolley.
We accept credit card payment over a secure card processing link.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the secure software when your order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Credit card numbers are only decrypted after they reach our computer, they are not held in clear text on any web site. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. Alternatively, if you wish to do so, you can post a cheque to us detailing your order requirements to the address below.

We also use the data you input when purchasing items from us with your credit card to ensure we do not receive or process fraudulent transactions involving your card i.e. we operate an Address Verification Service which checks the cardholder's address, as entered at the point of order, to ascertain if the person placing the transaction knows the true cardholders address. This helps us to verify that the person placing the order is the cardholder.

We also check the card number input in order to ensure the person placing the transaction must either be in possession of the card, or have made a note of key numbers whilst handling the card. 

Delivery is free of charge on orders over £50.00 within mainland UK . On orders of £50.00 or less, a £5.00 handling charge will apply.

Delivery within 2 to 3 working days is our standard delivery service. 
Certain items listed within our shop may not be standard stock items and can take slightly longer to deliver. We guarantee that all customers will be contacted by telephone or email to confirm a convenient delivery date - invariably we can also provide an AM or PM delivery. You may also wish to specify your required delivery date on your online order form in the "special instructions" section.

VAT is charged on all items purchased at the prevailing UK rate of 17.5%. 

Guarantees are offered on all products purchased from our shop ranging from 12 months to 25 years, information on guarantees for each product can be found by clicking on the relevant manufacturers link on our technical page.

You should also be aware that you have a legal right to ask us to make no further direct marketing use of Your Data at all. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the data protection act 1998.
Returns Policy: Please contact us for a returns authority number. All of our products come with a 7 day returns guarantee assuming the product is in full working condition. There may be a collection fee and a re-stocking fee of up to 40% charged for returned items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We will endeavour to keep a re-handling charge to a minimum and will be at cost only. All products also come with a manufacturers guarantee.
